Pixel Pals
Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 July 2026
Pixel Pals collects no personal data.
What stays on your device
Everything about your pals — which one you keep in the Dynamic Island, their level, mood, costumes, diary entries and care history — is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we do not do
- No account, sign-in, email address or phone number.
- No advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking across apps or websites.
- No analytics SDK, no location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone.
- Notification content is never read, stored or transmitted. The app animates a generic letter when a notification arrives; it has no access to what the notification says.
Purchases
Pixel Pals offers one optional in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and, on Android, by Google. We never see your payment details.
We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is valid. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous app user ID and the purchase receipt from the store. That identifier is not linked to your name, email or any other information about you, and it is used only to confirm that a purchase belongs to this installation so that content can be unlocked and restored.
Children
Pixel Pals is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
Your rights
Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. To remove all app data, delete the app from your device. Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are governed by their own policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
